Frontal Brewing Co. has grown fast in recent years, very fast. In 2024, we can proudly say that we are one of the fastest growing breweries in the Netherlands. We also have the largest beer community in the Netherlands and we have more than 6,000 fans who believe in us and are therefore co-owners of our brewery. With our beers and especially with Juice Punch, we are conquering the Dutch hospitality industry street by street, city by city. As the face of Frontaal, you work every day to open and develop relationships. You are also mainly spreading our “Beer For Thought” and you get energy by opening new café doors for us.
Who we are
Frontaal Brewing Company, together with Frontaal Brouwcafé Breda and Frontaal Little Bar, is part of Frontaal Holding B.V.. We are one of the few breweries in the Netherlands that have grown independently and independently into a brewery of this size. Partly thanks to our community of around 7,000 investors, we have become a brand with which we can make an impact in the beer world. We always go head first and consciously impulsive. Because we would rather bump our heads than stand still. This is how we keep moving forward.
Our mission is simple: brewing tasty, traditional and modern beers and therefore becoming one of the top Dutch beer breweries. The slogan “Beer For Thought” did not just fall out of the blue, because it embodies everything we stand for. With our beers we want to make people think about what they taste. Away with mediocrity, it's time for really good beer. We get energy from the dynamics that a young, growing organization brings. Of course you are not alone, at Frontaal we attach great importance to the team feeling. We now have a team of more than 50 employees, including brewers, salespeople, marketers and office leaders. On paper we are colleagues, but in reality it feels like a family.
In the middle of the city center of Utrecht you will find Frontaal Little Bar, a collaboration between Brouwerij Frontaal and Little Beershop. We have 30 beers on tap and an always stocked, varied refrigerator with the best canned beers. In the kitchen we prepare the best original comfort food dishes and burgers, the flavors of which match our beers perfectly.
Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests receive the best service. You are responsible for the kitchen together with the chef. You prepare original dishes that match our beers. You get a lot of freedom here and there is room for your own initiative. With your knowledge and enthusiasm you ensure that your colleagues shine just as hard as you do!
