an investor?

  1. Frontaal has grown into one of the Netherlands’ most leading independent breweries. With a strong community, a sustainable brewery, and a modern installation, we’re on the verge of a new phase of growth.

  2. We are seeking a minimum investment of €350,000, with the potential to extend up to €2,000,000. Participation starts at €25 per share. The round runs from September 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026, or until the target amount has been reached.

  3. As a certificate holder, you benefit from dividends (in case of profit), rewards, quarterly meetings, and exclusive beers.

  4. The proceeds will be used for working capital, new equipment (such as a tunnel pasteurizer), brand strengthening, and reducing debt financing.

  5. Since launching in 2015, Frontaal has grown explosively: in ten years, production has increased more than 250-fold, along with revenue since inception.

  6. From Q2 2025 onward, we’ve been operationally profitable, thanks to a focus on margins and 42% volume growth in the first half of 2025.

  7. Frontaal wins awards every year, including for Juice Punch and Double Juice Punch. On Untappd, our beers consistently score highly.

  8. Our revenue is diversified across on-trade (hospitality), retail, export, webshop, Beer Club, and contract brewing. Our brewpub in Breda is the brewery’s flagship and showroom.

  9. Since 2018, we have raised €11,250,000 across seven rounds, building our state-of-the-art foundation—ready for further growth.

We are Frontaal, an independent microbrewery from Breda with an unconventional view of the beer world. Ten years ago, our adventure began at STEK, a creative business park in the city. From a few shipping containers, we grew into De Faam, where we built our own brewery and brewpub and took production fully in-house. Since 2023, we’ve been based at The Bay: a sustainable 7,500 m² brewery with a state-of-the-art installation, fully electric and powered by 22,000 m² of solar panels. Here, we have sufficient capacity to scale up to a volume of 120,000 hectoliters per year. To date, we’ve raised more than €11,250,000, and our community consists of over 6,500 co-owners and investors.

The past few years have been challenging, with major investments and a tough market. By now, we’re reaping the rewards of those choices. Since Q2 2025, we’ve been operationally profitable again. We owe this result to our laser focus on margin, a 42% volume growth in production in the first half of 2025, and a strong expansion in retail. At the same time, we’re taking steps forward with Frontaal Beyond Beer—our new line of craft sodas and functional beverages—produced with the same obsession as our beer.

To keep up with this growth in both beer and Beyond Beer, we’re launching a new investment round. With it, we’ll strengthen our working capital, invest in new equipment, and ensure Frontaal remains visible in the beer landscape and beyond.
