Every year we brew a New England White IPA, with our brewery dog Simcoe in the spotlight. This year Simcoe wants to be president. In addition to the Sabro hops, we also added the Simcoe hops this year. These two hops have turned this beer into a tropical bomb once again. Fermenting a NEIPA by adding yeast that is used in Witbier makes the perfect terrace beer for us.
